Can someone who has the LMI vacuum bridge clamp explain the connector for the hose.

Their web page says is is something like pisco quick connect. I have a 1/4" ID hose on my vac pump. Do I need to switch it to 1/4" OD or something? Does the hose just slip into the connector, or is there some sort of adapter that goes on the end of the hose?

Guess I'm confused again.

Yes, that type of connector needs the o.d. to be the number they state. It has tiny barbs in it that claw into the outside edge of the tube so it won't slip out. It really is as simple as sliding the tube in and it's done.

Thanks Paul! While I was waiting for an answer, I went over to the local hdwr store and got a few feet of 1/4" OD tubing. Tried it when I got back and voila, it works.

I appreciate the response!
